Project Overview: BASF manufactures chemical products for many industrial processing applications. This top-tier COMAH site places huge demands on its contractors and Scaffolding Access Solutions is one of only two companies providing scaffolding services directly to BASF for their Bradford site.
Supporting various contractors and disciplines throughout several multi-million pound construction and engineering projects, Scaffolding Access Solutions provided various towers, lifting frames, large-scale fixed scaffolds and many temporary scaffolds. Some of these required confined-space working to erect and many were made all the more challenging by the extensive equipment and pipework around which the scaffolding had to be erected.
Along with other companies of the Richard Alan Group involved in the most recent project to be completed, Scaffolding Access Solutions helped contribute to an impressive safety milestone of 100,000 man-hours worked without a single Lost Time Accident.
